This page contains important information that can be used to track provenance of each NFT released by this project and verify their authenticity.
Verify Authenticity
Each NFT from atlas-nft project will be listed on this site along with all the information required to verify their authenticity. These info include:
- Contract Address
- Token ID
- Metadata
To verify you are actually buying NFTs from this project on OpenSea, once you have reached the asset page, go to the details section (see image below) and ensure that:
Asset Details
-
Contract Address is 0x2953399124F0cBB46d2CbACD8A89cF0599974963
-
Token ID exists. An easy way to do so is by following the link above to Polygonscan, then going to ‘contract’ tab, then ‘read contract’. Scroll all the way down to ‘uri’. Once there copy the Token ID on OpenSea, paste it on the uri field and press ‘query’. You will get a string with the following format: ‘ipfs://’ + ‘uri’ (see below)
-
Copy the uri (i.e. everything after the ‘ipfs://’) and, with you browser, head to https://ipfs.io/ipfs/ + uri (ex. https://ipfs.io/ipfs/bafkreictti36jjagf2h7g2oulmsk7vhfqj2kzfy3flart3m4s3im6zjcey). You’ll get a document like the below
-
Verify that the name and properties correspond to you want to buy. Finally verify the image also corresponds by heading, with your browser, to https://ipfs.io/ipfs + uri. The ‘uri’ of the image is the one found in the ‘image_url’ string (ex. https://ipfs.io/ipfs/bafybeibspk75o2cib5orvngjtpdqpi5xtafpri35xzyl5wcdoa6dllpafm/image)
